A beautiful gold color, naturally cloudy, with a dense, long-lasting head of white foam. A clean, delicate, fruity bouquet of honey, ripe grains, white bread, and fragrant mountain herbs. Smooth on the palate with a touch of malty sweetness, which is perfected by a quintessentially Bitburger note of hops to give Bitburger Unfiltered a fresh, ever-so-slightly bitter taste.

We only use the best hop varieties for our Bitburger hop recipe. We are especially proud of our own “Bitburger Siegelhopfen,” a seal hops blend that we grow with great care just a few kilometers from our brewery and use exclusively for our beer.
